LIFTED ~ Literacy Training |
| East Hill Foundation Grant A generous grant from the East Hill Foundation will fund a new and exciting program for reading instruction. The LIFTED Program, Literacy Institute for Training and Educational Development, will provide literacy training to tutors, who will then work directly with a struggling reader in one on one instruction. This tutor-training model will provide both training in reading and assessment to an adult who will continue to teach and ongoing instruction to students. |
